Get ready for Truism, the hottest new modern metal band on the scene! Consisting of members from well-established Polish acts such as Acid Drinkers and Flapjack, Truism has just released their debut single - "Ad Personam", and it's already generating excitement in the metal community!
The dark art of mixing and mastering has begun! The first track we commit to the process is always a pivotal moment - it's simultaneously the most fun and the most challenging, as it forges the sonic template that the rest of the album will follow. In the digital trenches of the DAW, this track sets the stage for the entire debut LP.
Our chosen champion to lead the charge is "Pyrrhic Victory"!
We're hammering this track into shape. If the sonic alignment is right, we plan to give you a small taste of what the album will sound like soon by sharing this opener.
Keep your ears ready. The audio demolition is in progress!
The harvest isn't finished yet, but we've got some serious fruit to show you!
We're thrilled to give you a sneak peek at the title and tracklist for our debut LP: "The Beaten Heart"!
Welcome

We're hard at work making this sound as brutal and moving as possible. Stay tuned for updates on when this thing drops!
Forget your pumpkin spice and your apple picking. The true harvest is here. As summer 2025 gives way, we are plunging headfirst into the vocal session for the debut LP. This audio fruit is vicious, juicy, and utterly delicious - guaranteed to leave a sticky, loud mess on the stereo. We're currently enjoying this chaos... irresponsibly and with extreme volume. You'll get your chance soon. For now, stay tuned! 🤘
Today marks the much-anticipated release of Photon, a groundbreaking track by Truism, with legendary guitarist Zbigniew Krzywański from the iconic Polish band Republika lending his talents to the project, but also includes a unique twist—dedicated fans of the band contributed to the track’s backing vocals, adding an extra layer of connection between the artists and their listeners. The track, which delves into themes of light and energy, weaves intricate layers of guitar with powerful, dynamic rhythms, embodying both the raw intensity of Truism’s style. The production has been praised for its complex, immersive sound, showcasing both the technical prowess and creative synergy of the artists. Stay tuned as Photon continues to captivate listeners worldwide!
The only constant is change. After literally a moment of peace, stability and building ourselves up again, it was time for another sharp turn in the short, yet bumpy history of this band.
Jeremiasz Baum decided to leave Truism. We would like to thank him sincerely for his commitment to our band and wish him luck on his further musical path.
Some time ago we started looking for a drummer. There were many ideas, there was no shortage of talented musicians, but we felt that we could only turn to one person. All the better because we could help him more than ourselves. He went through hell that none of us can imagine, and the personal nightmares that torment us all are nothing compared to what he took on his shoulders.
Although nothing will ever be the same again, we believe that by standing on our doorstep again, he symbolically ends his journey as a journey home. To a place where he was always treated like a family member. A place he never really left. We believe that in all this tragedy, Truism will prove to be a soothing poultice for the slowly healing hole in his chest.
No one knows what the future will write. There have been many twists and turns and there will probably be more. However, we are full of hope that the journey we have taken as a band has also been aimed at finding the band at the starting point. At home.
Please welcome him with a thunderous ovation:
